Rohingya activists talk about the repercussions of the crisis in Myanmar & Bangladesh

“The Rohingya population was made stateless. They are not stateless”, said Hafsar Tameesuddin and Sujauddin Karimuddin, two Rohingya activists that talked about the repercussions the Rohingya crisis has had on children and young people. Thousands are being denied access to education in Myanmar and Bangladesh since 2012, reflecting an illiteracy level of 73% among the Rohingya population in Myanmar.”
